This project was an 18,500 sq ft tenant improvement for the new Barnes & Noble at WestRidge Market in Minnetonka, MN, transforming a former big-box retail space into a bright, flexible bookstore with an integrated Starbucks café, upgraded finishes, and refreshed MEP systems to support the brand’s latest prototype store layout.
