From the city permits to the tightly compressed spaces of this small Minneapolis building, complete with residential units on all sides, some companies would consider this retail build a logistical nightmare. That didn’t stop us from finishing nearly every square inch of this trendy tanning salon. We designed, procured and installed everything but the tanning booths. Total noise complaints from residents? Zero.
